What to Expect:

• Full Tracking: As soon as your Hatlic order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to follow your new cap's journey right to your door.

• Non-Signature Service: For your everyday convenience, this shipping method does not require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home when the courier arrives, they will attempt to post the package through your letterbox. If it does not fit, they will leave it in a designated safe place or with a trusted neighbor.

• Processing Times: Please note that our 3-5 business day delivery estimate applies after your order has been dispatched. We typically process and pack all orders within 1-2 business days.
