When you place an order on Hatlic.co.uk, you accept our terms of purchase. Please read our terms of purchase before confirming your order. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent or guardian's permission to shop with us. Hatlic reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. In cases of suspected fraud, contact will be made with the relevant authorities.
1. Area of Application The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. A company is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Conclusion of Contract The purchase contract is concluded with Hatlic. When the products are placed in the online shop, we are submitting a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you click the order button to accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language The language available for the conclusion of the contract is English. We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email.
4. Terms of Delivery In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs apply. For orders over £100, we offer free standard tracked shipping. For orders under £100, standard tracked delivery is £3.99.
We use a non-signature service; if your package does not fit in your letterbox, it will be left in a safe place near the entrance to your delivery address or left with a neighbor. We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, self-collection of products is not possible.
We reserve ourselves for eventual delays caused by the producer and transporter. We also reserve ourselves for longer delivery times due to holidays and campaigns. You have the right to cancel your order due to delays in delivery, provided that your order has not yet been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we do not have the opportunity to cancel or make changes to your order.
If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable" due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept, this is not considered a standard return. When Hatlic receives an Undeliverable package, we will cancel the order and deduct a fee of £15 to cover the handling, administration, and freight costs.
In circumstances beyond Hatlic's control, so-called Force Majeure (such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, power shortages, or labor disputes), Hatlic is released from liability to you as a customer.
5. Payment The following payment options are available at checkout:

Credit/Debit Card: When you place your order, you enter your card details. After legitimation as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically, and your card will be charged immediately after the goods have been sent.

PayPal: In the ordering process, you will be redirected to PayPal. To pay via PayPal, you must register or log in, legitimize with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction.

Klarna: We offer flexible payment options through Klarna (subject to regional availability and terms).
6. Title Retention The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Taxes & Prices All prices on Hatlic.co.uk are shown in Pounds (£) and include applicable VAT. It is the prices at the time of ordering that apply. We reserve the right to correct obviously incorrect information and stock errors. We cannot offer the same price a product had during a sale/campaign after the sale/campaign's end date.
8. Custom Made Products On specific products in our range, you may have the opportunity to choose your own design or add custom embroidery. Visualized images in the design tool are only an approximate preview of the final product. We reserve the right to make minor deviations. Colors in product images and color charts should only be considered approximate indications of actual color. Misleading color is therefore not accepted as a reason for a complaint. Note that delivery times are longer for products with custom designs. We reserve the right to refuse designs that contain inappropriate and/or offensive content. Hatlic has interpretive precedence over the logos, motives, and messages uploaded to Hatlic.co.uk. The standard right to cancel does not apply to products with a personal design.
9. Change and Cancellation You have the right to cancel your order before the order has been dispatched. You also have the opportunity to change the delivery address before your order has been dispatched. If you notice an error in your order confirmation, contact customer service immediately. It is your responsibility as a customer to double-check that your order is correct. Custom logo orders that have already been started in production can be canceled; however, this will incur a logo handling fee of £25. If the custom order has already been embroidered and sent, we can no longer cancel your order.
10. Return Right At Hatlic, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return or exchange. The return right applies only to headwear in new/unworn condition with all original tags still attached. There must be no signs of wear.
The right to return does not apply to:

Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized (custom made).

Gift cards, which are excluded from the cancellation right and are non-refundable.

Opened Mystery Boxes.
11. Damage in Transport If you discover that your package is damaged upon arrival, you must report this immediately. Please contact us via email with "Damage in transport" and your order number in the subject line, along with clear photos of the damage.
12. Warranty and Guarantee Claims Our goods should be faultless upon delivery. Seams and buckles must be intact. If you suspect that you have received a faulty product, please email us immediately with a detailed description of the issue and clear pictures showing the defect. Discolored products are not covered by a complaint as they are considered normal wear and tear, provided that the products were not discolored when initially received.
13. Dispute Resolution The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. We are ready to take part in an out-of-court arbitration procedure before a consumer arbitration board if required.
14. Data Protection and Cookie Policy We strive to handle your personal data in the best way and follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms and your use of the Hatlic.co.uk website are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. To the extent permitted by law, UK courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms of use and your use of the website.
16. Newsletter & Communications When you shop at Hatlic, you have the opportunity to opt into our newsletter or SMS marketing. These contain recommendations for new products, campaigns, or other news. If you do not wish to partake, you can choose to unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails or following the opt-out instructions in our SMS messages.
